Torsen uses artificial intelligence to qualify leads, summarize conversations, and recommend properties. This processing is automated and operates on the data you provide. You may request human review of significant automated decisions affecting your account.

We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel your subscription, property listings and lead history are retained unless you request deletion. Financial records are retained for legal compliance periods.
