1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Torsen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, agents, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Torsen provides an AI-powered real estate CRM and lead management platform. Features include property listing management, lead capture and qualification, AI conversational assistance, analytics, and team collaboration tools. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
• Be at least 18 years old and have authority to act on behalf of your real estate business.

4. Subscription and Payments

Torsen offers subscription plans with varying features and limits. By subscribing:

• You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may upgrade or downgrade plans subject to the terms displayed at checkout.
• All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Torsen to:

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal property listings.
• Harvest, scrape, or collect data from other users without consent.
• Interfere with the platform's security, availability, or performance.
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through the platform.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

Torsen and its content, excluding user-submitted listings and data, are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of your listings and content, and grant us a license to host, display, and process them for the purpose of operating the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Torsen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Data retention is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Torsen operates. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
