Refund Policy

1. Trial Period

Every new Torsen account begins with a 7-day Professional trial at no charge. No payment method is required to start the trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.

2. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with Torsen. You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • First payment: If you are not satisfied after your first charge, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that payment.
  • Service unavailability: If Torsen experiences extended unavailability due to our infrastructure, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
  • Accidental charges: Duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded in full upon verification.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided when:

  • You have used the service for a significant portion of the billing period.
  • The refund request is made outside the eligible window.
  • The cancellation is due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • You downgrade to a lower-priced plan mid-cycle (credits may apply instead).

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew, and you will be moved to a limited free tier or your account will be suspended based on your plan terms.

5. Downgrades

Downgrades are scheduled to take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain access to your current plan features until then. Existing listings, leads, and CRM history are never deleted due to a downgrade.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly for billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
